Feasibility
The idea comes first – then we check if it’s feasible.
Even the best ideas must be feasible. That is why our team looks at all aspects of the realisation process. Is it financially viable to produce the display with its desired functionality? Because we know our production partners’ processes and capabilities inside out, we can accurately assess the feasibility of your idea.
Concept
We work out the concept – you check the design.
The results of the feasibility study are brought together like pieces of a jigsaw puzzle to produce a customized display that can be virtually inserted into the customer’s application. You can then check the design aspects. Does the colour scheme of the front screen meet your expectations along with the mechanical dimensions? We also document the steps in our electronic procurement in a block diagram to create the basis for further developments.
Details
Every detail contributes to your final display – from the main parts to the smallest components.
Some of the finer aspects of the concept are already examined during the feasibility assessment. However, to produce the samples, we go into even greater detail as we also compare the concept with a lot of other reference products. By comparing and contrasting, we can readily find smart solutions and give your customized display that extra pizazz.
Samples
The samples are checked with great care and fully optimised.
In a first step, we make the engineering samples, which our experts then use as the basis for verifying the design and development specifications. They do not just examine the samples at this stage, they also break them down. This is the only way to check the specific requirements and note, for example, any hidden adhesive films. In addition to the visual, mechanical and electrical tests, they also carry out a HALT – Highly Accelerated Life Test. This identifies any weak points. Once approved, we move onto the second step: making the pre-production samples for you to inspect. If everything is okay, we start the official production runs.

It’s time – your display is ready! Thanks to customer-specific adjustments, you get a unique product with improved long-term availability. Standard products follow trends and the needs of the market. If these dip or alter, the product is quickly withdrawn from the shelves. By contrast, the production of bespoke displays does not stop, thereby ensuring a reliable supply.
