New management takes over company leadership
DMB Technics AG from Hünenberg, Switzerland, is preparing for the future: After 20 successful years as CEO and CMO, Dieter Heimgartner and Christa Barmettler are handing over their executive positions to the new management team. As of April 1, 2025, Joël Heimgartner will take over as CEO. Together with Philipp Achermann as CSO, Janine Flückiger as CFO, and Raphael Maurer as CTO, the new management team will lead DMB Technics AG into its next phase of growth. All management members have been long-standing employees of DMB Technics, ensuring a smooth internal succession. Both Dieter Heimgartner and Christa Barmettler will remain with the company as President and Board Member, ensuring continuity and stability.
With this management transition, the leadership of DMB Technics is seamlessly passed on to the next generation. The company is building on a combination of experience and fresh impulses. Joël Heimgartner brings extensive experience as a Key Account Manager and executive in various industrial sectors. Janine Flückiger has been a member of the management team for five years and brings extensive experience in finance, which is essential for the company’s stability and strategic development. Raphael Maurer strengthens the team as a technical expert with many years of experience in the display industry. Over the course of his career, he spent eight years in China working in various positions for a strategic production partner of DMB Technics. As CSO, Philipp Achermann brings extensive sales and marketing experience from various industrial sectors and will continue to drive international market expansion.
