General Terms and Conditions for the DMB Raffle
1. organizer
The competition is organized by DMB Technics, Bösch 41, 6331 Hünenberg.
2. conditions of participation
Participation in the competition is free of charge and open to all natural persons who have reached the age of 18. Employees of the organizer and their family members are excluded from participation.
3. procedure of the competition
The competition starts on 14.3.2023 and ends on 16.3.2023. To participate, participants must provide their email address, first name, last name and telephone number. The winner will be selected at random from all participants. The winner will be contacted by email or phone and must respond within 1 week to accept the prize. If the winner does not respond within the specified time period, the Promoter reserves the right to select a new winner.
4. prize
The prize for the competition is a fondue set from DMB Technics AG. The prize is not transferable or refundable.
5. use of data
Participants agree that the Organizer may use their personal data for the purpose of conducting the competition and, if they have given their consent, for advertising purposes. The organizer will use the personal data of the participants exclusively for the execution of the competition and, in case of a corresponding consent, for the sending of the newsletter and will not pass it on to third parties, unless this is required by law or necessary for the execution of the competition.
6 Advertising / Newsletter
When participating in the competition, participants may consent to the organizer contacting them by e-mail with advertising and newsletters. Participants may object to the use of their contact data for advertising purposes at any time.
7. storage and deletion of data
The personal data of the participants will be stored until the end of the competition and the processing of the prize. After that, the data will be deleted, unless the participants have given their consent to the further use of their data for advertising purposes.
8. Termination of the competition
The organizer reserves the right to terminate the competition prematurely or to change its course at any time, even without observing deadlines, without notice and without giving reasons, if it is not possible for technical reasons (e.g. computer virus, manipulation of or errors in software/hardware) or legal reasons to guarantee proper execution of the competition.
9. changes to the general terms and conditions
The organizer reserves the right to change the general terms and conditions for the competition at any time.
10. The competition and these GTC are subject to Swiss law. The legal process is excluded.
